The delivery cost to other EU countries outside Finland vary by destination.

RETURNS INSIDE FINLAND
If you need to change or return all or some of your orders, please print this form and fill it inside returned box. palautuslomake
If you need to return all or some of your order. Please use our return numbers with Matkahuolto or Posti. Return fee is 5e and all money returns
will be made by same way as original payment; Klarna or Paytrail. Transaction time is 2-4 days after return is received.
For orders placed from Finland, Exchanges are always free of charge.
You can also return or exchange the product at our brick and mortar store at Aleksanterinkatu 26, 33100 Tampere.

If you wish to return a product, please send us an email with your order number/name and we will send you a return shipping label within 1-2 business days. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. below you can find the return fees:

Alternatively, you can return the item at your own expense using any carrier of your choice. In that case the returned product will be fully refunded.
