will be made by same way as original payment Klarna or Paytrail. Transaction time is 2-4 days after return is received.
You have 30 days to return products after you have received your order.
RETURNS FROM OTHER EU COUNTRIES:
If you need to return all or some of the products from your orders from other Eu country beside Finland, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. Beside the shipping cost your return will be fully refunded to you. Transaction time is usually 2-7 banking days after your return has been received. You have 30 days to return products after you have received your order. If the product is incorrect or damaged you will not be charged for returning it.
